Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer local delivery across the DMV area and are committed to ensuring every arrangement arrives in beautiful condition.

• Requested Timeframes:
While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we will always do our best to honor your preferences. You may include any special requests at checkout.
• Recipient Not Available:
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left with a neighbor, front desk, or in a secure location at the property. If needed, we may also contact the recipient to coordinate successful delivery.
• Deliveries to Hospitals or Funeral Homes:
For hospital deliveries, please ensure accurate patient information and room numbers are provided. Some medical facilities restrict deliveries to certain units such as ICU. For funeral or memorial deliveries, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to accommodate any time-sensitive service schedules.
• Sunday & Holiday Deliveries:
Sunday delivery may be limited. Please inquire directly with our team if you require special arrangements during holidays or weekends.

Substitution Policy

As nature is ever-changing, some floral varieties may be limited by season or availability. In these moments, we remain committed to honoring the spirit of your order.

• Floral Substitutions:
When necessary, substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value, while preserving the design’s intended color palette, style, and emotional tone. For single-variety arrangements, floral type will take precedence over color.
• Plants & Orchids:
We may replace a plant with a similar species or alternate color, ensuring equal or elevated presentation value.
• Gift Baskets:
To ensure timely arrival and product freshness, select items within a basket may be substituted with alternatives of similar style and value.
• Time-Sensitive Occasions:
In cases where substitution is required and we are unable to reach you in time — such as with funerals or birthdays — we will proceed with appropriate adjustments to fulfill the intended sentiment on schedule.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to honor both your flexibility and the craftsmanship required to prepare your arrangement.

• Cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery
→ Eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made between 48–72 hours before delivery
→ Eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery
→ Unfortunately, non-refundable

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our studio directly via phone or email. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Replacements & Resolution

Should your order arrive in less-than-ideal condition, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours. Our team will review the concern with care and offer an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement arrangement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
